Shipping

All our orders are shipped from our workshop in Monterrey, Mexico. Shipping takes from 3-7 business days via Fedex

We have an international flat rate of $15 USD 

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.

We don't ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses

• Customized items take 1 week to make them.
• We take 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 2 - 5 business days for shipping.
• Read all the description before you purchase. 
• We're not responsible for Fedex shipping delays.
• Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Kandy Store has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
• Tracking of a package is the client’s responsibility. In case a package is returned to our headquarters due to incorrect or missing information, new shipping fees will apply.
