Refunds & Returns

All our purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges please read the description of each product before purchasing. 

We can only make an exception in case your order received is different from the one you ordered, has arrived in bad condition, the name is wrong or your package has been lost. If this is your case please contact us at hello@kandystore.mx

All our items have a 15 day warranty after being received in case of fabrication defects.
It is not applicable in case the item shows bite marks or intentional alterations.
