Yes it is. The information we capture such as email, phone number or payment information is secured by our SSL certificate.
What payment methods do you accept?
All our purchases are processed via Paypal, so you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard and American Express
What material is my accessory made of?
All our accessories are made of air clay, .925 silver chains and 14k gold plated brass, they are strong and durable.
How long will it take to get my order?
We take 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 3 - 5 business days for shipping.
If you place a custom order it can take us 1 week to make your order as each piece is handmade just for you!
Shipping fees do not include any duties or taxes and are customer's responsibility.
What are the shipping rates?
We have a flat rate of $15 dlls worldwide. All shipments are shipped via Fedex and take 3-5 business days to arrive.
We don’t ship to PO BOXES, please check your address before purchasing.

What is your return/refund policies?
All our purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges please read the description of each product before purchasing.
We can only make an exception in case your order received is different from the one you ordered, has arrived in bad condition, the name is wrong or your package has been lost. If this is your case please contact us at hello@kandystore.mx
Can i cancel my order?
We process all purchases on the same day that the purchase is made so we cannot cancel your order, if you make a change in your order or in your address please contact us immediately hello@kandystore.mx
What cares should I take with my accessories?
Remember that your order is handmade so you should take care of it more than a normal accessory and avoid putting it in water, using perfume or fragrances, stretching it or playing with it, so we recommend buying it for 5+ girls
How to find a missing package that shows as delivered?
- Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else in the house accepted the delivery
- Wait 36 hours -- in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
